The SVNK 800G OSFP SR8 optical transceiver is a
next-generation, high-performance module engineered to support 800 Gigabit
Ethernet and InfiniBand NDR links over multimode fiber (MMF) with a maximum
reach of up to 100 meters on OM4. Designed in the OSFP form factor, this module
is optimized for hyperscale data centers, AI fabrics, and high-performance
computing (HPC) environments requiring ultra-high bandwidth, low latency, and
short-reach optical interconnects.
The transceiver integrates 8 independent electrical
input/output lanes, each operating at 106.25 Gb/s using PAM4 modulation,
delivering an aggregate throughput of up to 800G. It employs advanced 850 nm
VCSEL-based optics with parallel multimode architecture, ensuring excellent
signal integrity, low power consumption, and reliable high-speed transmission.
The electrical interface complies with IEEE 802.3ck
800GAUI-8 and OSFP MSA specifications, providing broad interoperability with
next-generation switches, routers, and accelerator platforms. Built-in Digital
Diagnostic Monitoring (DDM) via the I²C interface enables real-time access to
module operating parameters such as temperature, voltage, and optical power.
With its hot-pluggable design, dual MPO-12 APC connectors,
and optimized thermal efficiency, the SVNK 800G OSFP SR8 transceiver enables
rapid deployment of scalable 800G infrastructures.
