The SVNK 40Gbps QSFP+ ER4 optical transceiver module is engineered for long-reach 40 Gigabit Ethernet and 4×10G OTN client interfaces, supporting transmission distances of up to 40 km over single-mode fiber (SMF). Designed in full compliance with QSFP+ MSA, IEEE 802.3bm 40GBASE-ER4, and ITU-T G.695 (OTU3) specifications, this module delivers reliable, high-performance connectivity for metro, enterprise, cloud, and service-provider networks.

Operating at a nominal wavelength of 1310 nm, the transceiver integrates four uncooled CWDM transmitters and a high-sensitivity APD receiver, multiplexing four 10Gb/s lanes into a single duplex LC interface. With an extended 18.5 dB optical link budget, the SVNK 40G ER4 ensures stable signal transmission across long distances, even in demanding optical environments.

The module features a hot-pluggable QSFP+ form factor, low power consumption, and built-in Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM) via an I²C interface, enabling real-time monitoring of key operational parameters such as transmit/receive optical power, module temperature, and supply voltage.
