SVNK 400G QSFP-DD SR4 Optical Transceiver (100 m, MMF)

The SVNK 400G QSFP-DD SR4 optical transceiver is a high-performance, short-reach module engineered to support 400 Gigabit Ethernet (400GbE) connectivity over multimode fiber (MMF) with transmission distances of up to 100 meters on OM4 fiber. Designed for high-density data center environments, cloud infrastructure, and high-performance computing networks, this transceiver delivers reliable ultra-high-speed interconnects with excellent power efficiency and signal integrity.

Compliant with the QSFP-DD MSA and IEEE 802.3db 400GBASE-SR4 standard, the module utilizes four parallel 100G PAM4 optical lanes operating at 850 nm, providing an aggregate throughput of up to 425 Gb/s. On the electrical side, it supports a 400GAUI-4 interface (4 × 100G PAM4) with integrated retiming to ensure low jitter, strong signal margins, and stable system operation.

The optical engine integrates a high-performance VCSEL laser array and high-sensitivity photodiodes, optimized for short-reach multimode transmission. The module features a high-density MPO-12 optical interface, enabling efficient parallel fiber connectivity for modern leaf-spine and GPU-accelerated network architectures.

Housed in a compact, hot-pluggable QSFP-DD Type-2 form factor, the transceiver supports high port density, efficient thermal management, and low power consumption (<10 W). Built-in Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM/DDM) via an I²C management interface enables real-time diagnostics and proactive network monitoring.
