SVNK 400G OSFP DR4 Optical Transceiver (500 m, SMF)
The SVNK 400G OSFP DR4 Optical Transceiver is a
high-performance module engineered to support 400 Gigabit Ethernet (400GbE)
links over single-mode fiber (SMF) with a reach of up to 500 meters. Designed
for next-generation data centers, cloud infrastructure, and high-performance
computing environments, this transceiver delivers ultra-high-speed,
low-latency, and scalable optical connectivity.
Fully aligned with IEEE 802.3bs 400GBASE-DR4 specifications,
the module converts high-speed electrical signals into four parallel optical
channels, each operating at 100 Gb/s PAM4, using advanced 1310 nm EML-based
transmitters. On the electrical side, the module supports a 400GAUI-8 interface
(8 × 50G PAM4) with integrated retiming and signal conditioning to ensure
excellent signal integrity and robust system performance.
The transceiver integrates a high-density MPO-12 optical
interface, optimized for parallel SMF connectivity and high port-count
switching platforms. Housed in a compact, hot-pluggable OSFP form factor, the
module supports high power efficiency, thermal stability, and simplified
deployment in dense environments.
Built-in Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM/DDM) via an I²C
management interface enables real-time performance tracking and proactive
network management.
