SVNK 1G SFP Long-Reach Optical Transceiver (20 km, SMF)

The SVNK 1G SFP Optical Transceiver is a high-performance, hot-swappable module designed for Gigabit Ethernet and Fibre Channel long-reach optical communication. It supports transmission distances of up to 20 km over single-mode fiber (9/125 µm SMF) using a 1310 nm wavelength, making it ideal for ISP networks, enterprise LAN & SAN environments, and data center backbone links.

The module supports dual data rates of 1.25 Gb/s and 1.063 Gb/s, enabling compatibility with both Gigabit Ethernet and Fibre Channel applications. It integrates a stable FP laser transmitter and a high-sensitivity PIN photodiode receiver, delivering reliable long-distance performance, low bit-error rates, and consistent signal integrity.

Digital Diagnostics Monitoring (DDM/DOM) is supported in accordance with SFF-8472, enabling real-time monitoring of operating parameters such as temperature, voltage, laser bias current, transmit power, and receive power.

Housed in a compact, hot-pluggable SFP form factor, the transceiver is optimized for low power consumption, thermal stability, and easy deployment across switches, routers, media converters, and network interface cards.
