The SVNK 400G QSFP-DD to 8×50G SFP56 Breakout Active Optical Cable (AOC) is a high-performance optical interconnect solution engineered for modern data centers, cloud infrastructures, and high-performance computing (HPC) environments. This breakout assembly enables a single 400G QSFP-DD port to connect directly to eight independent 50G SFP56 ports, delivering exceptional flexibility for port expansion and network scaling.

Designed for short-reach, high-density deployments, this breakout AOC supports transmission distances of up to 70 meters on OM3 and 100 meters on OM4/OM5 multimode fiber (MMF). The thin, lightweight optical cable construction improves airflow and simplifies cable management, making it ideal for densely populated racks and GPU-accelerated clusters.

The cable leverages advanced 850 nm VCSEL transmitter arrays and high-sensitivity PIN photodetectors, combined with integrated CDR and signal equalization, to ensure excellent signal integrity, low bit-error rates, and stable performance at ultra-high speeds. Each of the eight channels operates at up to 53.125 Gb/s PAM4, providing an aggregate bandwidth of up to 400 Gb/s.

Fully compliant with QSFP-DD MSA, SFP56 MSA, CMIS 4.0, IEEE 802.3cm 400GBASE-SR8, IEEE 802.3cd, and InfiniBand HDR/HDR100, the SVNK breakout AOC ensures seamless interoperability across leading switching, compute, and accelerator platforms.

Built-in Digital Diagnostic Monitoring (DDM) enables real-time performance tracking and proactive network management.
