SVNK 400G QSFP112 DR4 Optical Transceiver (500 m, SMF)
The SVNK 400G QSFP112 DR4 optical transceiver is a
high-performance, hot-pluggable module engineered to support 400 Gigabit
Ethernet (400GbE) connectivity over single-mode fiber (SMF) with transmission
distances of up to 500 meters. Designed for next-generation data centers, cloud
infrastructure, and enterprise networks, this transceiver delivers reliable
ultra-high-speed optical interconnects with excellent power efficiency and
signal integrity.
Compliant with the QSFP112 Multi-Source Agreement (MSA), IEEE
802.3bs 400GbE, and the 100G Lambda MSA, the module utilizes four parallel 100G
PAM4 optical lanes operating in the 1310 nm window, providing an aggregate
throughput of up to 425 Gb/s. On the electrical side, it supports a 400GAUI-4
retimed interface (4 × 100G PAM4), ensuring strong signal margins and stable
system operation.
The optical engine integrates high-performance EML-based
1310 nm transmitters and high-sensitivity receivers, along with integrated DSP
and retiming, enabling excellent tolerance to dispersion and thermal variation
across short- to mid-reach SMF links. A high-density MPO-12 optical interface
supports efficient parallel-fiber connectivity for modern high-bandwidth
network architectures.
Housed in a compact QSFP112 Type-2A form factor, the
transceiver supports high front-panel density, low power consumption (<8 W),
and efficient thermal management. Built-in Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM/DDM)
via an I²C management interface enables real-time diagnostics and proactive
network monitoring.
