SVNK SFP+ Optical Transceiver – Long Reach (SMF)

The SVNK SFP+ optical transceiver is a high-performance, hot-pluggable module designed for long-reach optical communication over single-mode fiber (SMF). It is engineered to deliver stable, low-power, and high-speed connectivity for enterprise networks, cloud infrastructure, data centers, and service-provider transport applications.

The module supports long-distance transmission up to 40 km over 9/125 μm SMF using a 1550 nm DFB laser transmitter. High receiver sensitivity and precision optical design ensure excellent signal integrity, low bit-error rates, and reliable performance in mission-critical environments.

Digital Diagnostics Monitoring (DOM/DDM) is supported via a 2-wire serial interface in compliance with SFF-8472, enabling real-time monitoring of operating temperature, supply voltage, bias current, transmit power, and receive power.

Each SVNK transceiver is individually tested for interoperability with major platforms, including Cisco switches, routers, servers, and Network Interface Cards (NICs), ensuring seamless deployment and dependable field operation.

Housed in a compact SFP/SFP+ hot-pluggable form factor, the module is optimized for low power consumption, thermal stability, and flexible integration across a wide range of networking equipment.
