The SVNK 100G QSFP28 to 4×SFP28 Breakout Active Optical Cable (AOC) is a high-performance optical interconnect solution designed to enable seamless connectivity between 100G Ethernet (100GbE) and four independent 25G Ethernet (25GbE) ports. Also referred to as a 100G QSFP28 fan-out AOC, hybrid optical cable, or splitter AOC, this solution allows a single 100G QSFP28 port on a switch to connect directly to four 25G SFP28 ports on servers, switches, or storage systems.

The breakout AOC provides four parallel, full-duplex optical channels, each operating at up to 25 Gb/s, delivering an aggregate bandwidth of 100 Gb/s. It is engineered using advanced COB (Chip-on-Board) packaging technology, high-performance 850 nm VCSEL laser arrays, and precision OM3 multimode fiber, ensuring excellent signal integrity, low bit-error rates, and reliable short-reach optical transmission.

Compared to traditional DAC or discrete optical module solutions, SVNK breakout AOCs offer longer reach, lighter weight, smaller bend radius, complete EMI immunity, and lower power consumption, making them an ideal choice for high-performance computing (HPC), cloud data centers, enterprise networks, and high-density storage environments.

The factory-terminated, plug-and-play design eliminates complex fiber management and optical tuning, significantly reducing installation time and operational complexity.
